    In a sense yeah I guess it is. I usually run my brake bias as much towards the rear as I can to avoid locking to fronts (and then balance it with the throttle) but also if there's the option I change the brake bias on the fly during the lap to suit whichever corver is next.

    Quite normal.
    When Timo Glock and Trulli were still at Toyota, i remember Timo said that trulli is doing exactly that to stabilize the car under braking.
    Also i think rally drivers do it all the time.
