So it's like dynamic front/rear brake balancing ?

In a sense yeah I guess it is. I usually run my brake bias as much towards the rear as I can to avoid locking to fronts (and then balance it with the throttle) but also if there's the option I change the brake bias on the fly during the lap to suit whichever corver is next.

Thanks for this video. I have two remarks (I'm not criticizing):

Corner cutting (spoon and chicane) : Would it be authorized in a real race? If not we should do something about it.

I noticed you often use both brake and accelerator at the same time, it seems that it acts a little like stability control. Is this normal? I mean would it help on real car and do the drivers actually use this technique ?

Quite normal.
When Timo Glock and Trulli were still at Toyota, i remember Timo said that trulli is doing exactly that to stabilize the car under braking.
Also i think rally drivers do it all the time.
