Although my membership is NOT of significant financial amount at this point (45 euros), I did want to at some point (probably in the summer) upgrade to Manager level. I am moving to Senior very soon, but I really wanted to move higher up as a thank you. I hope that this move to the new company structure doesn't result in the end of testers being able to contribute as individuals. Some of us can only contribute in stages, but we'd really like to contribute as we can.
