Leaderboards have been reset now, from our testing all seems to work fine.
Only build 159 or newer will be able to submit times to the leaderboards now. You can still play the game on older builds of course, but your times set in those builds will not appear on leaderboards and will be forgotten once you upgrade to 159+.
