When we hit 1 million sales it was roughly 16% PC, 59% PS4, 25% XB1.

I'd think that with a Steam sale the PC sales rate goes up without affecting the console sales, meaning that the relative contribution to the total sales goes up for PC, so it's probably not the same as the 16% it was earlier.

I have seen PCARS for PS4, XBONE and PC all up for sale at some point at many outlets, in most shops it sells for £32 new and £25 used. So I think the 15-20% would still be a good number to go with.
EDIT
Plus you have to remember Steam is normally the last place to have a drop in price on AAA titles, Shops drop prices after only a few weeks so the PC share could be more like 12 -15% of total sales.

Any sales from used copies only go to the shop though (i.e. SMS won't see any revenue from those).
Hopefully Bandai Namco consider a "Complete Edition" or some such for release on console once all the DLCs have been done.
Do the PSN and XBox digital stores not have sales too?

I know the sales from used copies don't count to sales numbers I just put it there as that is what the game sells at when used but i did notice many shops, both online and on the high street, dropped the price for PCARS on PS4 and XBONE after only two week yet steam had it at full price for well over 5 weeks then put it back up to full price but the shops kept the lower prices.

Technically Bandai is only dependent on the sales to the shops, and not the sales the game shops make. A game shop buys a certain amount of games and they then have to see how to get rid of them again. Besides there might be an intermediate organisation (a local distributor) in between the publisher/distributer (Bandai) and the game shop.
In other words whatever Bandai sells to whichever organisation buys from them, that's the sales number that are of our interest. It doesn't really matter if copies lay collecting dust for a decade in some warehouse for example.
So end-user sales are not equal to publisher/distributor sales.

Ian posted the 250K Xbox figure on the public forum the day before the million sales announcement and SteamSpy was reporting 165,000 PC copies at the same time.
The only more recent console number I remember seeing since then was a 300K+ on the Xbox One a few weeks later (Ian's post).
