Personally I think this is the best decision and one of the strengths of the crowd funding process. Not having some knobby Publisher putting pressure on releasing the game too early. pCARS has SO much awesome potential and needs to be 100% at release. Brave and correct decision SMS.

followed the pre-order link and found the DTM to be at full speed in the S/F page with glowing brake discs. Could be changed by now with a better pic maybe??

I see your taking care of business over on the ac forums. I liked your posts. I was always a big ac fan (and still am) ,but to me pcars physics have went beyond ac's. The gt3 cars over there seem to stuck. All this said i am a big fan of both sms and kuno's.

I did not much posts, but I like PCARS on my machine at the very best simulation ever build next to prepar3D from Lockheed Martin now. Maybe, if I am driving more, I can do bug reports on a way no other one came earlier. I really enjoy driving some rounds every day with the finest piece of automotive simulation software. I'm happy to see the devs decided to finalize the project until March now, cause the project were not finished, also seen in my little eyes of experience with the ultimate sim of car racing.

My english is not as good as yours, but every day, I decide to race some rounds, I'll be happy afterwards.

We really should get rid of posting news just on the WMD website since (I guess) the most interested people outside WMD will visit www.projectcarsgame.com to find the latest informations My opinion

Major news! If the game needs the extra time, definitely the right thing to do though. Keep going all at SMS, it will be great when it is released!!!

And I have a feeling this will in general be popular on these forums - an extra 4 months of us being at the bleeding edge of development, sounds good to me...

Sounds good to me. Seemed a lot to get finished in the month remaining and much better not to rush it out.

Not a huge deal for us since we can play it now, but I do hope when people see this title they see the true potential of what a simulator game could achieve what GT didn't.

agree with this entirely, delay it so that it can be more polished,
releasing buggy, not entirely finished game would hurt it much more, then the negative feedback from "oh it's delayed .. "
